The Progress

Before any building work is started, you meet with our in-house Architects who are there to help you to decide on how you want your project to look. All the costs are calculated before-hand to ensure there are no unexpected expenses during the construction. During the construction phase, our teams will be in regular contact with you to keep you up to date on the development of your project.

The Result

We provide everything including punctuality. When we decide on the completion date, the property is finished by then and that's the date you can move in to your new home.

The Profmil Group produces its own concrete blocks in their factory in Donsak.

We manufacture the concrete blocks using a Norwegian system for production.

This allows us to specially produce U-shaped blocks for beams above the windows and doors and ensures quality control and availability.

The Profmil Group is the only company in Asia that constructs wall bearing structures instead of column bearing structures.

Column bearing structures are basically a structure of concrete columns and beams where the open spaces are filled up by 7cm thick walls.
Profmil uses 23 cm thick load bearing walls for the outside and 15cm thick walls for the inside resulting in a much stronger and better insulated structure.
Our foundations are built on 20 cm thick double armored concrete floor plate with a crawlspace. This ensures a much stronger structure because the weight distribution is spread out over a much larger surface.
The roof structure is constructed from Lysaght Hi-Ten steel and is coated with an alloy coating to prevent corrosion.

The structure is bolted together, not welded, and the fabrication process is computer controlled.

The ceramic roof tiles we use, are designed to last twice as long as others. We utilise a computerised system that not only draws the roof plans, but cuts the roof structure to a mathematical precision, taking a fraction of the time for assembly.
We also use a laser-leveling system, ensuring the walls and floors are exact and straight. In fact, a crane simply lowers the roof structure on to the concrete posts, and from there on it can be bolted into place. Normally such work would take weeks, but in our case it takes only days to complete this part of the project.
