Situated adjacent to the world famous Santiburi Championship Golf Course, there are stunning views of both the lush hillsides and the coconut palm plantations in and amongst the manicured green carpets of the golf course fairways.

The Profmil Group offers a rental service for the villas at Fairways Country Resort and Steberg. Currently there are various of the sold villas included in the rentals portfolio.

The current occupancy averages 10 days per month per villa, with a nightly rental price between 6,500 THB and 12,500 THB.


The following are more detailed rental and maintenance figures :

3 bedroom villas: Rented out at an average of 10 nights per month at

  • 6,500.00 THB / night during low season
  • 7,475.00 THB / night during high season
  • 8,125.00 THB / night during peak season

Long term rentals start at 50.000 THB/ month excluding maintenance and utility costs.


4 bedroom villa: Rented out at an average of 10 nights per month at

  • 10,000.00 THB / night during low season
  • 11,500.00 THB / night during high season
  • 12,500.00 THB / night during peak season

Long term rentals start at 75.000 THB/ month excluding maintenance and utility costs.


Management and Maintenance fees (estimated costs per month and per year)

  • From 11,500.00 THB to 13,500.00 THB / month depending on the size of the villa / plot.
  • 138,000.00 THB / year for the 3 bedroom villas
  • 162,000.00 THB / year for the 4 bedroom villas
